Belltown for Obama party

The McLeod Residence has set a goal of raising 5000 big ones for the "Obama for America" campaign. Bring your hard-earned cash money (and credit cards) for their silent auction, raffles, Obama merch and special "Obama-inspired" drinks. I wonder if they'll have Obamaritas?

There will be plenty of food and music provided and everyone is invited. This event takes place on Tuesday Oct. 7 from 6 to 11pm at The McLeod.

Belltown Block Party this Friday

This Friday Belltown will have it's first 4th of July block party from 3-10pm. There will be food, art and food vendors, music, and a view of the Elliott Bay fireworks. There's even a section for kids if you want to bring the little ones along.

The party will be held outside of Belltown's Mars Hill Church, although the party is a non-religious event. Sounds fun!

Dance party in the middle of Lake Union

Looking for a party this weekend? This event may be interesting: a group of Belltown promoters are hosting a party on a 72 foot boat equipped with 2 dancefloors, mulitple DJ's, and most importantly every beer shall be served in a 32oz frosty mug.

Wow! Sounds like this is one not to be missed!
