JPMorgan Asset Management has sold the 128-unit Sidney Apartments to Ken and Roberta Williams, founders of video game developer Sierra Entertainment, for $40.75 million. That's about $318,000 per unit.
The six-story building at 400 Wall St. has five studio apartments, 105 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units.

Whoa. Weird.
I loved the Sierra games back in the day. I guess the Williamses are getting into all sorts of ventures these days. I wonder, do they live here too?
