Apparently over the weekend, a drunk man was refused entry at Cafe Amore on 5th ave. After making several attempts to sneak in, and eventually succeeding, a waiter asked him to leave. About 15 minutes later he returned with a roman candle firework. When management attempted to confiscate the "weapon" from him, he headbutted the manager causing him "sharp but temporary pain".
Wow. What a night for that guy. "How was your day at the restaurant today honey?" "Oh fine. Typical day really. Just got headbutted with a guy holding a firework".
