After The Crocodile's abrupt closing a little over two months ago, it sure has become quite the (for lack of a better word) craphole. The windows are broken and it is completely drowned in graffiti.
I wonder what they're going to do with the place?

maybe the city will make it a landmark like the Ballard Denny's!
From what I've been reading about the Denny's landmark status, I don't think the Croc is there yet. It seems that in order to become a landmark the building would need to have boarded up windows and be "broken" beyond repair.
In theory, Groupee is supposed to be moving into it and making use of it.
